The Certificate in Retail Operations is the first step toward becoming a qualified Chain Store Manager in South Africa. Designed in line with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) standards, this course lays the operational foundation for managing a retail store, leading teams, and improving store performance.
This is the first of two certificates that make up the knowledge and practical component of the QCTO Chain Store Manager qualification. After completing both certificates, you’ll be eligible to submit a workplace portfolio and take the national external assessment.
